(If you already have an FTP program use the connection information below and upload your files) In order to upload your files to Sign Master you will need to do the following:
Install Filezilla (An FTP software that will allow you to quickly upload files to the server.)
1. Choose the install file below that is correct for your computer.
If you are a Windows user keep reading. If you are a Mac user please skip to #11.
2. When you get to the page you may have a yellow bar come up on the top of your browser. Right click on it and choose download file. 3. When prompted "Do you want to run or save this file?" choose Run. 4. Click Run again. 5. Choose I agree. (If you accept the terms of the agreement) 6. If prompted to select which users you want to make this available for choose "Only for me" and click Next. 7. Click Next. 8. Click Next. 9. Click Install. 10. Click Finish. 11. If you have a Mac for most cases all you will need to do is unzip it, expand your stuffit file or insert your disk image by double clicking on it. Once this is done you drag and drop the file into your Applications folder and you are done. For those of you who do not install this way please refer to your owners manual for instructions.
Using Filezilla To Upload Graphics Open Filezilla for the first time. It may prompt you to report any bugs. Click OK. Once you have it open you should see a screen that looks like this:
In the above image there are three boxes that have a yellow border around them. You will need to fill them in with the Host Name, Username and Password.
Host: 02c5218.netsolhost.com
Username: smtransfer1%02c5218
Password: Transfer1
Then click Quickconnect. You are now connected to the FTP server!
On the left of this window where it says Local Site: (this is your computer) locate the file you wish to upload. Left click on the file (hold the button down) and drag it to the box next to it (Remote site).
In the bottom of this window you will see a tab labeled Queued files. Once that field above it is empty, you are done uploading!
